Bowers Mill Cafe is situated on the site of the 18th Century water powered fulling mill which was later converted to process corn and wool. The houses in the surrounding area were purpose built for the mill workers. The area is of outstanding beauty with Scar Wood towering above it. There is ample parking at Bowers Mill for a quick collection or long relaxing lunch.
